Couture Real Estate Brokerage Buying and Selling LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, under number 1883878, owns and operates the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website.

The Website owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content, and you acknowledge that you should not rely solely on the information provided on the Website when making decisions.

    • a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Website owner.

    • You can use the advanced filtration system to refine your search.
    • You can sort listings based on different functionalities.
    • You can register your interest in a listing.
    • You can share listings on social media.
    • You can share listings with friends and family via email.
    • You can register to monitor a listing and receive notifications when the listings are modified or updated.
    • You can ask for details about any listing.
    • You can register as a Registered User, VIP, or Agent.
    • You can rate the properties and facilities.
    • You can request information through WhatsApp and in-app chat.

By using the Website as a Guest, you grant the following permissions:

    • You grant permission to be contacted by the company and its partners through any means of communication.
    • You grant permission to receive promotional emails about new launches.
    • You grant permission to receive emails related to your inquiries, saved searches, and favorite items.
